FAQ

How long does a session last?

About 30 minutes total (15–25 minutes of energy work plus a short chat).

How should I prepare?

Be in a quiet, relaxed place. Silence your phone and turn off TV. Comfortable clothing is fine.

What should I do during therapy?

Sit or lie down, breathe calmly, and avoid distractions or conversations.

What to do after therapy?

Rest for 20–30 minutes if possible, drink water, and notice changes. Avoid heavy exercise immediately after.

When is the best time?

Evenings are recommended. Keeping a similar time each day helps.

How many sessions do I need?

Typically 4 sessions on 4 consecutive days. Maintenance sessions may follow if needed.

Do I have to believe in it?

No belief is required — just willingness to participate and follow simple guidance.

Remote or in-person — which is better?

Both are effective; remote work is often as strong as in-person.

What do you need for remote therapy?

A recent photo, a short diagnosis/issues, four suitable dates, and text contact (WhatsApp/Viber/Skype).

Is there a fixed price?

No fixed price — it’s gratitude/donation-based after the last session.

Can children or pregnant women receive therapy?

Yes, with appropriate care and parental consent for children; biotherapy complements medical care and doesn’t replace it.

Can I sign up for another person?

The person receiving therapy must give permission. For children, people with cognitive disabilities, or someone unconscious, their legal guardian can schedule therapy on their behalf.

How do I reschedule or cancel?

Please notify at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to someone else.
