• Booking data: name, email, phone (optional), diagnosis/main issues (short), preferred times, time zone.
• Session data: 4-day schedule, internal notes, status (scheduled / in-progress / completed).
• Photo (optional): used only to perform remote sessions.
• Technical: IP and User-Agent when you submit a form (anti-abuse).

How we use it

• To schedule and deliver 4-day therapy cycles (remote or in-person).
• To communicate confirmations/changes and send calendar files on request.
• To prevent spam/abuse.

Legal bases

• Performance of a service you request (scheduling & therapy).
• Legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention).
• Consent (photo for remote work; can be withdrawn any time).

How long we keep data

Booking and session records: up to 24 months after the last interaction (unless legal retention requires longer). Photos: deleted on request or after the therapy cycle concludes.

Sharing

No sale of data. We only share if required by law, or with your explicit consent (e.g., referral).

• Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection.

Cookies

We use essential, short-lived cookies (e.g., language & CSRF tokens). No advertising cookies.

Security

Encrypted transport (HTTPS), principle of least privilege, server hardening. Email is used for confirmations; do not send sensitive medical records by email.
