Data Deletion & Requests

If you used BIO-MD services (booking or therapy), you can request:

• Full deletion of your records (booking, session notes, stored photo)
• Access / export of your records
• Correction of your data

Quickest way

Use Show email with your name and the email/phone you used. If you have your Client code (CCOD) or TBT number, include it.

We confirm receipt within 7 days; completion usually within 30 days. If you’re requesting deletion while a therapy cycle is in progress, we’ll ask you to confirm timing so we don’t disrupt treatment.
